• Details you send us on WhatsApp or by email when you contact us.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver services you ask for. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

• Formspree, which delivers contact-form submissions to us.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

These providers may process data outside Nigeria. We rely on their data-protection commitments for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing josh@justhitclick.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
